In the center of the old town of Ioannina, a city full of life, carrying centuries of history, legends and traditions, the city of Literature & Art, you will find the Traditional House “PATRIKO” operating in a building that was initially founded in 1903.

Away from any fuss and intensity of daily life but just a few meters away from the historical Lake Pavmotis and the commercial part of the town, was reconstructed with great respect to the tradition and the environment, the building that for over 50 years was hosting our family.

Our family house has been converted into the “PATRIKO” guest house, a place friendly and serene; ready to welcome our guests with simplicity and calm.

And our only aim is to make your stay a memorable one.
